MegAbit Episode 1: Cosplay. A New Hope.

It's (finally) MegAbit day!!

Today is finally the day! It also happens to be my birthday, so it's a pretty epic day all around. I'm going to be releasing the MegAbit video later today, but first I have been DYING to show off these gorgeous photos Beau Ryan took of me during the photo shoot.

I can't say thank you enough to all the people who helped make this shoot a success, especially Kevin for both telling me I could do it and then actually helping me do it, writing the theme song, sound designing the video, and also being such an incredible source of inspiration both in the "hosting" field and in the "being an awesome human being" field, Corrado for being so sweet and holding my hand throughout the process, Damien for telling me which way to sit so my ass didn't look (too) fat, Beau for agreeing to climb all over a plastic worm to make me look beautiful, Carl for the unbelievable cut he pulled together, Adam for the gorgeous opening, and Kevin again because homeboy deserves two thank yous. So, thanks guys! It was more than anything I ever could have imagined myself doing and I will cherish these photos forever. Seriously. Like, when I'm 50, I'll be shoving photos of me in costume into strangers faces and rambling on about how I used to look like this and if only I'd laid off the chocolate cake I coulda been a contendah.

Uh-Oh, Cortana-Woes.

So, I managed to ruin my Cortana bodysuit. Although I am throughly disappointed, I know that Cortana 2.0 is going to be SO much better and I'm pumped to give it more time and attention and to make it absolutely perfect.
